Turning Technologies' global headquarters is located in downtown Youngstown, Ohio, the hometown of our founders and many of our employees. In 2008, we expanded our offices to the Taft Technology Center - a 30,000 square foot building that boasts an open-air working space surrounded by large, glass windows and filled with our enthusiastic team. Sales Coordinator - Youngstown, OH
Position is responsible for setting quality appointments, researching and inputting new leads and assisting sales team to achieve and exceed quota. Sales coordinator will be required to reach daily, weekly and monthly quotas for calls, e-mails, appointments, web demos and leads as established by supervisor. Position works hand-in-hand with Account Executives to create and execute strategic sales plan. Coordinator will act as an administrative assistant to the team and perform all other duties as assigned.

K-12 Account Executive - Remote
Position will be responsible for prospecting and generating interest in Turning Technologies product portfolio through sales calls, trade shows, web demonstrations and any other lead-generating activities as assigned. Account Executive will communication and work closely with regional managers to consistently close business as well as reach personal and company goals. Experience of five or more years in the K-12 sales industry is preferred. Candidate must be willing to travel 50 - 75%.

Regional Sales Executive - Latin America (LATAM)
Position will plan and carry out activities so as to create, maintain and develop Turning Technologies' client base in a demarcated area. Responsibilities include the direct (pro-active) selling and the indirect (through a channel of partners) of Turning Technologies’ range of response systems and related software to end users within the defined geographical target and related project areas/special areas of responsibility, in accordance with agreed business plans.

Product Manager - Youngstown, OH
Position is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Product Manager ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

User Experience Designer - Youngstown, OH
Position is responsible for establishing, planning, directing and implementing user interface design, testing and research. Works with the product development team, marketing team and development teams to design user experiences. Position works with customers, sales and support departments to gather feedback on the different UI designs. Ensures user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the software project. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals of good UI design driving excellent user experience.

Position will be responsible for a variety of financial and accounting duties, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and related financial analysis and investor and bank reporting. Corporate Regional Sales Manager - Youngstown, OH
Position will lead, direct, train and motivate a professional staff of Account Executives to meet sales goals and company objectives. Responsibilities include meeting individual as well as team sales goals and company objectives by building and developing designated territory primarily through phone and face-to-face selling. Position will manage, support and assist in all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, presenting, negotiating and securing new business. Responsible for attaining budgeted revenue goals for the unit both individually and team goals.
