Turning Technologies' global headquarters is located in downtown Youngstown, Ohio, the hometown of our founders and many of our employees. In 2008, we expanded our offices to the Taft Technology Center - a 30,000 square foot building that boasts an open-air working space surrounded by large, glass windows and filled with our enthusiastic team. Position will be responsible for the rapid growth and successful adoption/usage of Turning Technologies products by focusing sales efforts on new and existing target accounts within a specified region.

Higher Education Sales Specialist - Western Region
Position will drive sales both by collaboratively identifying and developing new business opportunities within Higher Education’s Tier 1/strategic accounts to increase dramatically the adoption and penetration of Turning Technologies solutions. Responsibilities include providing mentorship to the sales team and customers as they influence executives, faculty and technical staff and will establish and maintain relationships with executive leadership in their accounts. Position must be able to articulate persuasively the key differentiators and competitive advantages of Turning Technologies solutions for the Higher Education market.

Higher Education Sales Specialist - Northern Region

Responsibilities include working with the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values for the K-12 market.

IT Manager - Youngstown, OH
​Position will be responsible for the streamlined operation of the IT department to ensure it aligns with the business objectives of the organization. This individual’s principal goals are to develop and manage application portfolios for each department and to attain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization. The IT Manager will plan, coordinate, direct and design all operational activities of the IT department and Internal Development department as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. Position will manage, support and assist in all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, presenting, negotiating and securing new business. Higher Education Inside Sales Executive - Youngstown, OH
Position is will be responsible for rapid growth and successful adoption/usage of Turning Technologies’ products by focusing sales efforts on new and existing target accounts within specified region. Responsibilities include development of account strategies, goals, objectives and action plans for assigned accounts within territory. Inside Sales Executive will prospect and generate interest primarily through web demonstrations, onsite sales visits and conferences as approved by supervisor. Position will collaborate with Higher Education team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales. Additional responsibilities include weekly sales forecasting, identification of decision makers and understanding of key product selection criteria.

Technical Sales Engineer - Remote
Technical Sales Engineer works with outside and channel sales team to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to drive account sales of eInstruction by Turning Technologies products and services. He/she will follow-up on accounts for technical issues related to sales cycle. Role also calls for participation in onsite demonstrations, trade shows and other marketing activities in order to promote awareness of company products.

Project Manager of ExamView and Content - Fort Worth, Kentucky
Position will successfully manage and develop multiple product and/or content projects for Turning Technologies’ product suite or for content partners. Project Manager works collaboratively with the Director and with various project stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams in multiple locations to ensure delivery of high-quality projects, timelines and budgets. Full-time position reports to the Director of Product Management, ExamView and Content.
