Higher Education Inside Sales Executive
The Inside Sales Executive (ISE) sells company products and services through sales calls and sales presentations to both existing and prospective customers. Processes include interacting directly with the customer, determining the customer needs and evaluating sales potential. The position develops and executes territory/account plans to achieve sales objectives and exceed quota in conjunction with Account Executives and Regional Managers for that area. ISE develops existing education accounts and new prospects to drive large volume-license purchases. Candidate must build and deliver on an accurate territory pipeline and leverage resources such as management, marketing, system engineers and partners to provide solutions to customers' needs. The position must be able to successfully navigate the sales process and close sales either working face-to-face, via telephone or Internet interaction. Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in education or business to business sales experience required.
Quality Assurance Intern
Our Quality Assurance (QA) group is seeking an intern from a period of May through December. Internship will be paid with a flexible schedule of up to 28 hours each week. Position will be in charge of conducting functionality, regression, exploratory and integrity testing across multiple technology platforms to identify errors and inconsistencies in Turning Technologies products. The QA Intern will evaluate products to determine if it functions according to company, industry and market accepted standards. Position will contribute to the development of test plans, and product documentation. Potential candidates should be currently enrolled in classes to obtain a degree in computer science, engineering or related area. Prior software/hardware testing is recommended but not required.
Quality Assurance Automation Specialist
The Quality Assurance Automation Specialist will be responsible for the creation, implementation and automation of software application testing. Position will design, document and implement Automation test plans for new projects, report and manage defects, regress software fixes for new and existing products, assist development with replicating and debugging problems and develop test automation solutions as needed. Potential candidates should have 1-2 years of experience with one or more of the following: Ruby, Cucumber, Selenium, TestComplete or other automation tool. Some experience with Continuous Integration Servers (such as Jenkins/Hudson) is highly desirable. Automation Specialist should have 1-2 years of coding experience with object oriented programming (Visual Basic, C#, C++, VB Script, etc). Familiarity with the software development cycle knowledge and Agile methodologies that require teamwork is highly desired. Previous hardware/software/firmware testing experience, previous experience with software automation, previous experience working with both Windows and Mac OS’s, knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is required.
Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist position will be responsible for performing functionality, integration, performance and regression testing of our products. The primary focus of this position will be creating and maintaining test plans and test cases, participating in the bug review process, participating in design and specification reviews, and documenting and following up on all encountered bugs. Quality Assurance Specialist must be able to quickly grasp technical product quality issues, failure analysis reports and test reports. Requirements for applicant include intimate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Office, previous experience testing hardware/software/firmware, familiarity with Mac and Windows OS environments, and experience creating defects and test cases in either Compuware, HP Quality Center or Seapine. SQL scripting or automation experience is highly desirable.
Project Manager, Publisher Solutions Group - KY
The Project Manager is responsible for the production and delivery tasks of ExamView products for publishers. ExamView is assessment software that allows for the creation, administration, and management of formative and summative assessments. ExamView-formatted content is available with over 11,000 textbooks. Position will communicate directly with publishers to maintain production and delivery schedule of multiple projects; review and update project related files for compliance to best practices within each product (i.e. formatting publisher provided content); create customer-ready products for publisher distribution; and secure and coordinate project resources (contractors) based on project specifications. Candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to accurately manipulate files and folders between hard drive and network drives using Windows Explorer, capacity to proofread/analyze project related files and aptitude to learn new software applications.
Software Engineer - AZ
Software Engineer position requires U.S. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field, followed by at least two years of experience developing specifications for moderately complex software programming applications and maintaining existing software. Experience must include programming skills in Object Oriented Programming languages; data structures and algorithms; and software and hardware interfaces. Job duties include designing/coding applications that follow specifications; designs applications that combine software/hardware; maintaining and modifying existing applications, both independently and at direction of senior staff; performing custom programming at customer request; and assuming responsibility for ongoing data architecture for products.

The Account Executive will continue to grow key accounts and strategically win new business by analyzing metrics from our CRM to inform and create distinctive strategic campaigns; building and leveraging relationships to win individual and C-suite adoptions; and utilizing new products and business models to reinvigorate and drive the market and company initiatives. Moving beyond sales, the Account Executive will enjoy variety and travel as they visit different campuses daily – large, small, state and community college campuses – in order to meet an ever-widening circle of customers and contacts which includes IT staff, faculty, college and LMS administrators, students, and more. Sometimes hosting a luncheon, workshop, or simply consulting with individuals both inside and outside the company this role is always changing, challenging, and engaging.

Position will plan and carry out activities so as to create, maintain and develop Turning Technologies' client base in a demarcated area. Responsibilities include the direct (pro-active) selling and the indirect (through a channel of partners) of Turning Technologies’ range of response systems and related software to end users within the defined geographical target and related project areas/special areas of responsibility, in accordance with agreed business plans.
