Higher Education Inside Sales Executive
Inside Sales Executives are tasked with growing successful adoption/usage of Turning Technologies’ products by focusing sales efforts on new and existing target accounts within specified region. Principal responsibilities include: develops account strategies, goals, objectives and action plans for assigned accounts within territory; remains knowledgeable regarding competitive and industry trends; manage and achieve personal sales quota, prospect and generate interest through primarily web demonstrations or other activities as approved; collaborate with regional manager and sales team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales; track sales activities in CRM system and manage a pipeline of leads; and help identify and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
K-12 Regional Sales Manager (West Region)
Regional Sales Managers are tasked with leading, directing, training and motivating a professional staff of Account Executives to meet sales goals and company objectives. Principal responsibilities include: manage, support and assist in all aspects of the sales process including presenting, negotiating and securing new business with Account Executives; build and develop new sales channel; provide customer service, leadership and support focusing on customer satisfaction and generating a profit; establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures for Account Executives; represent the company at various events and/or business meetings; and all other duties as assigned by Vice President of Sales.
System Administrators are tasked with setting up, configuring, and supporting company servers and applications. Principal responsibilities include: develops and maintains all system, application, security, and network configurations for a reliable, secure and effective server and application environment; helps with workstation configurations and troubleshooting; troubleshoots server and network performance issues; helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency; keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs; recommends upgrades, patches, new applications and equipment for future planning; assists in transitioning servers and applications from a colocation environment to a cloud-hosted environment; and performs additional tasks as assigned by Director of Cloud Operations.
The Systems Analyst will be the primary contact for the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Principal responsibilities include: design and implement standard and ad hoc reporting using tools such as SalesLogix, Access, SQL and Crystal reporting; develop SQL stored procedures for reporting purposes; assist in creating integrations between systems and help in maintaining application environments; maintain and analyze database performance; troubleshoot and correct application issues; work with IT and external vendors to identify and resolve issues and monitor and improve system performance.
K-12 Technical Sales Engineer
Position works with the outside and channel sales team to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to drive account sales of eInstruction by Turning Technologies products and services. Technical Sales Engineer will follow-up on accounts for technical issues related to sales cycle. Position often engages with clients and prospective clients to understand critical business issues and present solutions. The role also calls for participation in on-site demonstrations, trade shows and other marketing activities in order to promote awareness of company products. Candidate must be willing to travel on average 75% of the time.
Regional Sales Executive - Latin America (LATAM)
Position will plan and carry out activities so as to create, maintain and develop Turning Technologies' client base in a demarcated area. Responsibilities include the direct (pro-active) selling and the indirect (through a channel of partners) of Turning Technologies’ range of response systems and related software to end users within the defined geographical target and related project areas/special areas of responsibility, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Financial Analyst - Youngstown, OH
Position will be responsible for a variety of financial and accounting duties, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and related financial analysis and investor and bank reporting. Financial Analyst will also assist in the preparation of financial statements, as well as year-end audit and working to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of financial process and systems. The successful candidate will be a team player who is willing to work with all levels in a fast-paced, growing company.
