Turning Technologies' global headquarters is located in downtown Youngstown, Ohio, the hometown of our founders and many of our employees. In 2008, we expanded our offices to the Taft Technology Center - a 30,000 square foot building that boasts an open-air working space surrounded by large, glass windows and filled with our enthusiastic team. Network Administrator

Position is responsible for configuration and support of the organizations local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN). The Network Administrator acts as the primary contact for any network related issues and problems. Position maintains the network by performing the necessary maintenance to support the availability and functionality of the network’s hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, packet shapers, load balancers, wireless access points). Admin develops and maintains all network and security configurations. Will be responsible for troubleshooting network performance issues and creating and maintaining a disaster recovery plan. Position will conduct network ports scans and vulnerability testing. The Network Administrator helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency, keeps networking hardware and software updated to meet organizational needs and follows appropriate programming procedures to perform a variety of tasks as requested.

System Administrator

Position is responsible for setting up, configuring and supporting company servers and applications. The System Administrator develops and maintains all system, application, security and network configurations. Position helps with workstation configurations and troubleshooting, including any server and network performance issues. Helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency by keeping computer equipment, hardware and software updated to meet organizational needs. The System Administrator recommends upgrades, patches new applications and equipment. Position is expected to be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, including modern cloud computing concepts.

The Account Executive will continue to grow key accounts and strategically win new business by analyzing metrics from our CRM to inform and create distinctive strategic campaigns; building and leveraging relationships to win individual and C-suite adoptions; and utilizing new products and business models to reinvigorate and drive the market and company initiatives. Moving beyond sales, the Account Executive will enjoy variety and travel as they visit different campuses daily – large, small, state and community college campuses – in order to meet an ever-widening circle of customers and contacts which includes IT staff, faculty, college and LMS administrators, students, and more. Financial Analyst - Youngstown, OH

Position will be responsible for a variety of financial and accounting duties, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and related financial analysis and investor and bank reporting. Financial Analyst will also assist in the preparation of financial statements, as well as year-end audit and working to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of financial process and systems. Regional Sales Executive - Latin America (LATAM)

Position will plan and carry out activities so as to create, maintain and develop Turning Technologies' client base in a demarcated area. Responsibilities include the direct (pro-active) selling and the indirect (through a channel of partners) of Turning Technologies’ range of response systems and related software to end users within the defined geographical target and related project areas/special areas of responsibility, in accordance with agreed business plans.

K-12 Technical Sales Engineer

Position works with the outside and channel sales team to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to drive account sales of eInstruction by Turning Technologies products and services. Technical Sales Engineer will follow-up on accounts for technical issues related to sales cycle. Position often engages with clients and prospective clients to understand critical business issues and present solutions. The role also calls for participation in on-site demonstrations, trade shows and other marketing activities in order to promote awareness of company products. Candidate must be willing to travel on average 75% of the time.

K-12 Regional Sales Manager (West Region)

Regional Sales Managers are tasked with leading, directing, training and motivating a professional staff of Account Executives to meet sales goals and company objectives. Principal responsibilities include: manage, support and assist in all aspects of the sales process including presenting, negotiating and securing new business with Account Executives; build and develop new sales channel; provide customer service, leadership and support focusing on customer satisfaction and generating a profit; establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures for Account Executives; represent the company at various events and/or business meetings; and all other duties as assigned by Vice President of Sales.

Higher Education Inside Sales Executive

Inside Sales Executives are tasked with growing successful adoption/usage of Turning Technologies’ products by focusing sales efforts on new and existing target accounts within specified region. Principal responsibilities include: develops account strategies, goals, objectives and action plans for assigned accounts within territory; remains knowledgeable regarding competitive and industry trends; manage and achieve personal sales quota, prospect and generate interest through primarily web demonstrations or other activities as approved; collaborate with regional manager and sales team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales; track sales activities in CRM system and manage a pipeline of leads; and help identify and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Specialists work with regional Account Executives and Regional Managers to provide department training workshops, one-on-one training and overall support to campuses within region. Regular activities include hosting campus training events, creating specific best practices materials, conducting implementation presentations, managing campus intern programs and relating regular feedback to internal teams regarding customer experiences. Candidate must be willing to travel a significant portion of the year.
