Event Specialist

An Event Specialist is responsible for on-site support of rental events using Turning Technologies' products. Position will be required to ensure successful customer events and the representation of Turning Technologies in a professional manner. Events also provide the opportunity for networking to create future sales.  Extensive travel to client locations across the country to support events is required. The Event Specialist will provide support through all phases of the service cycle including slide creation and technical support prior to the event, on-site assistance and training of others as necessary during the event, and post event reports and debriefing with the customer. Position must be able to generate rental sales quotes, work within a CRM to manage leads and track activities, and have a working knowledge of the ARS industry and competitors.  The Event Specialist works with Account Executives and Managers to reach personal and company goals.

Higher Education North Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist will drive sales both by collaboratively identifying and developing new business opportunities within Higher Education’s Tier 1/strategic accounts to increase dramatically the adoption and penetration of Turning Technologies Solutions. This individual will provide mentorship to their sales team and customers as they influence executives, faculty, and technical staff and will establish and maintain relationships with executive leadership in their accounts. The SS must be able to articulate persuasively the key differentiators and competitive advantages of Turning Technologies solutions for Higher Education - North.

Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist is primarily responsible for troubleshooting technical issues relating to software and hardware use and/or configuration through telephone calls and emails.  Position is expected to provide excellent support through all phases of service cycle (i.e. documentation, monitoring and tracking of issues to ensure timely resolution).  Specialist must prioritize, organize and follow through on support issues until resolution.  Qualifications include knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, and previous customer service, troubleshooting and technical support experience.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

System Administrator

Position is responsible for setting up, configuring and supporting company servers and applications. The System Administrator develops and maintains all system, application, security and network configurations. Position helps with workstation configurations and troubleshooting, including any server and network performance issues. Helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency by keeping computer equipment, hardware and software updated to meet organizational needs. The System Administrator recommends upgrades, patches new applications and equipment. Position is expected to be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, including modern cloud computing concepts.

Position will be responsible for a variety of financial and accounting duties, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and related financial analysis and investor and bank reporting.
