Mike Broderick CEO Mike is a founder of Turning Technologies and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Mike began developing applications for the first radio frequency wireless group response hardware soon after its introduction in 1990 as a partner and president of one of the earliest group response software companies. Throughout his over 18 years in the industry, Mike has been one of the leading innovators in the group response industry working and leading efforts in sales, marketing, research and development, as well as product delivery and fulfillment. In addition to his contribution to Turning’s remarkable success and multiple product and company awards, Mike has received numerous awards for the entrepreneurial spirit that formed the company. Dave Kauer President and COO Dave serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Turning Technologies. Dave's primary responsibilities include the direct oversight of daily operations at Turning as well as such company departments including Operations, Fulfillment, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Product Development and Manufacturing. Dave has 25 years of experience in a variety of financial and operating roles with Johnson Controls, Inc. and Insilco Technologies, Inc. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin and he is a Certified Public Accountant.   Kevin Adkins CTO and President - Responsive Innovations As Turning Technologies Chief Technical Officer, Kevin uses his 20+ years of technical managerial experience with companies like Basicomputer (Regional Operations Mgr), The Future Now (Dir. Technical Operations) and Telxon Corp. (VP National Field Systems & VP Product Operations) to ensure Turning provides world-class products and services. Kevin's primary responsibilities include management of Turning's Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, Software Development and IS. Kevin has a BSEET degree from the University of Akron and has been awarded a US Patent. Brad Gant Vice President of Educational Sales Brad leads both the Higher Education and K-12 business units. His mission is to accelerate the growth of Turning Technologies through a concentrated focus on customer satisfaction, sales team development, channel management, strategic planning and partnerships. Brad has had over ten years of sales and sales management experience, nine of which have been focused in the response industry. He also has previous experience as an educator and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University Ron Smrek Director of Sales – Higher Education Ron is the Director of Sales - Higher Education and has over 20 years of professional experience in sales and sales management. Prior to joining Turning Technologies, Ron spent the bulk of his career in the wireless communications field where he was responsible for the successful growth and development of the entire sales channel for his market, encompassing retail, B2B and indirect sales channels. Ron's mission as Director of Sales for Higher Education is to continue to accelerate the growth by increasing sales penetration throughout the U.S., concentrating on customers' needs through a dedicated, well trained direct sales team.   Sandra Cutlip Human Resource Manager Sandra is the Human Resources Manager for Turning Technologies. Her responsibilities include administering human resource policies, programs and practices, including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating and directing. Sandra has had seven years of experience in employee management and finance, with five of those years working with non-profit organizations. She is committed to provide our employees a stable work environment with equal opportunity for learning and personal growth. Above all, she strives to see that employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Turning Technologies customer. Dave Arthurs Director of Software Engineering Dave serves as Director of Software Engineering. Dave's Computer Information Systems degree combined with his years of experience in developing customer driven applications contribute to his outstanding results as Turning's Director of Software Engineering. His mission is to continually be receptive to the end user's needs while focusing on assisting with the direction of Turning's development initiatives. Todd Pinney Manager of Product Management Todd serves as Manager of Product Management for Turning Technologies. His mission is to accelerate the growth of Turning Technologies through a concentrated focus on customers, industry events, re-sellers and partners. With a background in both computer information systems and sales, Todd relates market requirements to our development team for implementation. Rayenell McGlawn Financial Controller Rayenell is the Financial Controller here at Turning Technologies. She leads the Finance Department in providing internal financial and sales reporting to the management team. Rayenell also creates both systems and controls to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of company financial operations. With over 20 years of accounting experience, Rayenell spent five years as a Controller with Leiner Davis Gelatin, located in Iowa, before moving into her current role. She earned her Bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Illinois University.
