Cathy Macdonald is the Technology Supervisor for the Clermont County Educational Service Center (CCESC); CCESC provides professional development for all K-12 schools in Clermont County, Ohio and is among the largest educational service centers in the state. As a seasoned presenter with over 23 years of experience, Cathy was invited to speak at the eTech Ohio conference in Cincinnati on February 14, 2006. She is always looking for new, innovative ways to create presentations that will educate and energize her audience during the learning process. The eTech Ohio presentation seemed an ideal opportunity to include state-of-the-art presentation technology.

Dartmouth AI conference: The Next 50 Years, was a conference which allowed leaders in artificial intelligence research to assemble and examine how far AI has progressed in the past half-century and chart AI's research agenda for the future. Because it was a once-in-a-lifetime event, Carey Heckman chose to implement Turning Technologies' audience response system in his presentations to gather a wide variety of data from a group of people that would not likely ever have the chance again to all be in one room.

Eduventures
Eduventures, the leading research and consulting firm for the education market, hosts annual membership meetings for their Learning Collaboratives. These collaboratives are research-driven membership groups of senior professionals from colleges and universities from around the country. Eduventures' Learning Collaboratives in Continuing and Professional Education hosted their annual membership meeting in Chicago in the spring of 2006. As part of the program, there was a desire to create an engaging presentation that could be delivered over dinner to approximately 90 attendees. Turning Technologies' TurningPoint was selected as the solution to this engagement dilemma.
