Turning Technologies offers its higher education student customers the convenience of ecommerce through our fulfillment partner, Centra Worldwide. If your college or university has selected this option for students, you can purchase ResponseCard® RF keypads via our online store. Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about our ecommerce option.

What is the URL to purchase student ResponseCards (clickers)?

Students should check their course syllabus or ask their professor for the appropriate URL to purchase their ResponseCard keypad. Professors, if you are unsure as to the correct URL your students should use, please contact your campus IT Administrator or Angela Battles at Turning Technologies, 1-866-746-3015 extension 7608.

 

What if I have problems with the ecommerce site?

I’ve ordered my ResponseCard, but still haven’t received it. How can I check its status?

How do I get technical support for my ResponseCard (clicker)?

If you feel your ResponseCard is not functioning properly, please contact Turning Technologies’ Customer Support Team.

I dropped the course that was using a ResponseCard. Can I return it?

If students drop the course requiring a ResponseCard keypads, ResponseCards can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund without a restocking fee. Student will be responsible for shipping costs back to Centra. Returns more than 30 days after the purchase date are not permitted. Please contact Centra Worldwide if you wish to return your ResponseCard.
