In order to make community-endorsed budget decisions, the City of Hampton, VA wanted a quick and easy way to tabulate votes during public meetings. Hidalgo County is a quickly growing community in Texas. In order to ensure economic development in the coming years, community leaders gathered residents together during a live event to vote on direction of the county. Other residents watched a public access broadcast and voted via the web. TurningPoint and ResponseWare were selected to gather data during the session, providing detailed reports for further analysis.
