What is Audience Response?

Audience Response is a tool used to create interactive presentations. Speakers connect with audiences using simple, intuitive polling software and response devices. The software adapts to familiar programs, making it a matter of clicks before presenters are able to ask questions. Our flagship product, TurningPoint^®, seamlessly integrates with Microsoft^® PowerPoint^® for extreme ease-of-use.

Audiences can respond through various devices, but are often provided with wireless, credit card size ResponseCard^® keypads that communicate answers in a press of a button. Result graphs are instantly generated and automatically inserted into slides for audience viewing. Collected data is then stored and organized into multiple reports for further analysis.

Where can I download ARS software?

The latest version of TurningPoint and its sister applications are available for download in our support section. Users can develop interactive presentations for free using the evaluation version of our software.

Can I use ARS with our organization's Learning Management System?

Yes. TurningPoint has integration points with Blackboard and WebCT. Other LMS system integrations can take advantage of our comma delineated format for data.

Are there any keyboard shortcuts for TurningPoint?

Where can I get training?

Turning Technologies offers free instructor-led web-based training as well as online tutorials. On-site training is also available.

I am a MAC user. Is ARS Mac compatible?

Yes. TurningPoint interactive slides can be created in a Mac environment using TurningPoint for Mac. TurningPoint AnyWhere for Mac also provides polling in conjunction with ANY Mac program.

How durable are ResponseCard keypads?

Turning Technologies' ResponseCards are one of the most durable keypads on the market. We've undergone numerous tests to ensure maximum longevity under extreme conditions. ResponseCards carry the longest warranty of any industry keypad. Please contact technical support if any issues occur.
