K-12 Professional Development Programs

We understand the importance of creating effective learning environments, that's why we've developed a Professional Development Program specific for K-12 schools. Created by educators for educators and designed to foster a core group of users, our professional development services will help you create the most engaging and interactive classroom experience possible.

Our trained professionals will help participants create lessons that can be implemented immediately using existing resources. Sessions are designed to provide hands-on practice and discussion opportunities for participants.

Create & Administer Lessons in TurningPoint^®

Full Day - Learn the basics of creating interactive PowerPoint^® presentations. Participants will learn how to: create and use participant lists, question slides, add questions from QuestionPoint™, tie standards to questions, facilitate a session, review data, and create a lesson that can be used in class.

Use TurningPoint^® AnyWhere™ with ANY Application

Half Day - Get up and running quickly. Participants will learn how to: conduct a basic polling session, customize settings, and generate reports. Participants will also create a lesson using TurningPoint AnyWhere and existing resources.

Utilize Questioning Techniques with TurningPoint

Full Day - Learn how to use a variety of advanced slide types such as gaming slides, comparison slides, and special function slides. Participants will also create a lesson to better utilize questioning strategies to check for student understanding.

Create & Administer Tests with TestingPoint™ and ResponseCard^® XR

Half Day - Get oriented with the ResponseCard XR, learn how to create self-paced tests using TestingPoint and QuestionPoint™, as well as how to use the ResponseCard XR to administer self-paced assessments. Participants will create a TestingPoint test that can be used in class.

In Class Coaching

Half Day - In this option the facilitator will be in the classroom with the teacher and students to ensure success using the system - a perfect complement to any half day session.
