Should I use the web-based ResponseWare or the specific application for my device?Because each device comes with its own proprietary web browser and functionality, Turning Technologies provides a variety of device specific versions of ResponseWare to improve the user experience of ResponseWare sessions. See the current list of available versions of ResponseWare.
How do I register my account with my course?This varies according to your professor. You may need to give your device ID number to your professor or register your application online with your university. Your professor may also desire you to input your name into the account itself. You can do this under the User Info button ResponseWare's menu. The application is requesting a session number. Where do I find this?Your professor will supply you with a session number at the beginning of each class. Where do I enter my student data?You can do this under the User Info button in the ResponseWare menu. How do I update the ResponseWare software?You can download the latest version from the Turning Technologies' downloads page on our website. What type of data plan does ResponseWare require?Turning Technologies recommends that users either access their ResponseWare account via the campus Wi-Fi network or have an unlimited data plan through their cell phone provider or ISP. Turning Technologies is not responsible for any excess charges incurred through use of ResponseWare service or account.
