Turning Technologies offers its higher education student customers the convenience of ecommerce through our online student store. If your college or university has selected this option for students, you can purchase the required response devices via our online store. Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about our ecommerce option.

What is the URL to purchase student ResponseCards (clickers) and ResponseWare Licensing?

Students should use the following URL to access the Turning Technologies Higher Education Store.

You must enter your school code (provided by your professor) to access the site.

 

What if I have problems with the ecommerce site?

I’ve ordered my ResponseCard, but still haven’t received it. How can I check its status?

How do I get technical support for my response device?

If you feel your response device is not functioning properly, please contact Turning Technologies’ Customer Support Team.

I dropped the course that was using a response device. Can I return it?

If students drop the course requiring either ResponseCard RF or ResponseCard XR, the device can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund without a restocking fee. Student will be responsible for shipping costs back to Turning Technologies. Returns more than 30 days after the purchase date are not permitted.

If students drop the course requiring ResponseWare, the license code can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns more than 14 days after the purchase date are not permitted.
