Implementation Specialist Program

What is it?

A unique program within the industry, the Implementation Specialist Program will assist you with your rollout of Turning Technologies' student response products. It is designed to help prepare your campus and ensure you and your campus receive the most value from your recent investment.

We've created this program so that our customers have an effective, smooth, and well-rehearsed approach to the implementation of  student response technology on campus. As part of the program, an Implementation Specialist will be assigned to your school and will perform the following vital functions:

• Run workshops for each department or college using the product
• Prepare the technical support department on campus to support the technology rollout
• Assist individual instructors with creation of their class rosters, as well as assistance with presentations and pedagogical approaches
• Assist with the installation of building blocks onto the school's LMS server
• Work with the technical support department to establish an effective system to help professors after the Implementation Specialist has left campus
• Assist all users via e-mail and phone after the initial visit and throughout the duration of the semester
• Schedule a user meeting at the end of the semester, to exchange ideas, tips, and stories from using the technology.
• If applicable, to support and train the Turning Technologies' intern on campus

How Do I Get Started?

While we would like to offer this program to all our customers, during these initial stages we will be taking schools based upon a first come first served basis as well as a brief evaluation process.
