Mike is a founder of Turning Technologies and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Mike began developing applications for the first radio frequency wireless group response hardware soon after its introduction in 1990 as a partner and president of one of the earliest group response software companies. Throughout his over 16 years in the industry, Mike has been one of the leading innovators in the group response industry working and leading efforts in sales, marketing, research and development, as well as product delivery and fulfillment. In addition to his contribution to Turning’s remarkable success and multiple product and company awards, Mike is a recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" Award. |

Dave Kauer
President and COO
Dave serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Turning Technologies, LLC. Dave's primary responsibilities include the direct oversight of daily operations at Turning as well as such company departments including Operations, Fulfillment, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Product Development and Manufacturing. Dave has 25 years of experience in a variety of financial and operating roles with Johnson Controls, Inc. and Insilco Technologies, Inc. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin and he is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Vice President of Marketing
Tony serves as Turning's Vice President of Marketing. Throughout his 19 years of professional experience spanning from IBM, the Cap Gemini Ernst & Young organization and a global player in the dot-com market, he has developed skills required to successfully market, sell, and deliver technology products and services in both domestic and international markets. Tony and his team are clearly focused on building a strong market position for the TurningPoint product. Areas of responsibility include the development of go-to-market strategies, product branding, distributor channel development and sales force effectiveness. |

Richard Neal
Vice President of International Distributions
Richard has had a close association with Turning Technologies from its commencement - particularly as a key, successful, international distributor of TurningPoint through his offices based in Australia. Richard joins Turning Technologies with the accountability to lead the strategic initiative of building and managing international distribution channels. Richard will manage his operation in the Turning Technologies, United Kingdom based office in London, England. His background is chartered accountancy, initially with Ernst and Young and then as a partner in a New Zealand based firm for six years. In 1999 he founded KEEpad – a rapidly growing organization specializing in the development and distribution of group response technology. He has a special interest and strong proficiency in business development and crystallizing strategic alliances. He is a genuine good bloke and loved by many. |

President - Responsive Innovations
Kevin serves as the President of Responsive Innovations, developer of Turning Technologies' ResponseCards. As President, Kevin is in charge of managing the design, development, certification and intellectual protection of Responsive's hardware offerings. He also oversees the manufacturing, testing, and qualification of hardware, software, firmware, drivers and vendors associated with RI devices. |

Financial Controller
Rayenell is the Financial Controller here at Turning Technologies, LLC. She leads the Finance Department in providing internal financial and sales reporting to the management team. Rayenell also creates both systems and controls to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of company financial operations. With over 20 years of accounting experience, Rayenell spent five years as a Controller with Leiner Davis Gelatin, located in Iowa, before moving into her current role. She earned her Bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Illinois University. |

Human Resource Manager
Sandra is the Human Resources Manager for Turning Technologies. Her responsibilities include administering human resource policies, programs and practices, including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating and directing. Sandra has had seven years of experience in employee management and finance, with five of those years working with non-profit organizations. With 12 years of military service paired with over 15 years of Sales and Management experience for the Cintas Corporation, Tod comes to Turning Technologies with extensive knowledge and credibility. Tod earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy. Tod specializes in developing corporate growth and profitability tactics resulting in long-term company success. As Director of Professional Sales, Tod’s mission is to build a world-class sales organization that stimulates accelerated growth by focusing on maximizing specific market penetration and fostering strategic partnerships with resellers and channel partners. |
