The goal of our Client Success Team is to provide every client with an exceptional and positive experience with TurningPoint from the very beginning. You will be assigned a designated Client Success Leader (CSL) to assist you throughout every aspect of your journey with Turning Technologies.
What can the Client Success Team do for you?
The CSLs can work directly with various departments in your company or on campus to help ensure the successful onboarding of our technology. We also offer customized train-the-trainer sessions.
Support Documentation Development
Your CSL will work with you to identify and develop the resources you need, including documents, tutorial videos and other customized materials.
Our team includes a technical writing specialist and an instructional designer who can assist with the design and formatting of a website featuring TurningPoint information, FAQs and training resources.
The Client Success Team facilitates a variety of free online public webinars on various topics. CSLs are also available to develop custom one-on-one or departmental webinars to personally train on any topic within the software.
When necessary, your CSL is able to travel onsite to assist with all of your training needs.
