Audience response rentals from Turning Technologies have a history and reputation for creating
engaging, memorable events. Interactive presentation software can be run without additional assistance,
but our team of dedicated Event Specialists are also available to provide support before, during and after

How is interactive presentation software commonly used?
Audience response technology can be utilized for a variety of different purposes. Common uses include:

What is included in the $695 rental package?
Standard packages for audience response rentals include:
Packages are prepared for events up to three days, but all events are customizable. In place of ResponseCard
keypads, licenses for web-based response app ResponseWare can be substituted for events in which attendees
will be using personal mobile devices including smartphones or laptops to answer interactive polling questions.
How much do extra keypads cost?
Additional ResponseCard RF LCD keypads are available to rent for $4 per day with every third day free.
When will my rental package arrive?
Your rental package will arrive a few days prior to the event. All products must be returned and received by
Turning Technologies within 7 business days of event completion.
How soon should I book my event?
If you will be enlisting the services of an Event Specialist, we encourage you to book as early as you are able to
confirm event details. All rentals booked at least three weeks in advance of date equipment is needed will be
eligible for free shipping and a return shipping label.
Is backup polling equipment included in rental packages?
Yes. A backup receiver and an extra 10% of ResponseCard keypads originally ordered (up to a maximum of 150
ResponseCard keypads) are included in all rentals.
Do I need a technician?
While we do offer Event Specialists to assist onsite (additional fees apply), TurningPoint interactive presentation
software is extremely easy-to-use without technical support. In order for you to become familiar with audience
response technology, we also offer instructor-led online training, online tutorials and documents available prior
to the event.
What size events does the audience response technology support?
TurningPoint audience response rentals are available for any size event. Smaller meetings to large events with
thousands of participants have all benefited from the use of interactive presentation software.
How are results from interactive polling questions displayed?
Typically, results are instantly displayed in graphs for audience viewing. The PowerPoint polling option provides
the most options with six standard chart types to display information (animated, 3D flash charts also available).
However, speakers also have the ability to hide results if desired. All collected data is available in reports with
customizable views for further analysis. Reports are exportable in.CSV, .XLS and .PDF formats and to popular
Event Specialists are specifically trained to support meetings and events tailored to individual client needs.
Specialists receive ongoing, professional development to ensure technical skills and product knowledge is
current. Services offered include pre-event consultation, slide show creation and edits, participant list creation,
equipment management, coordination with AV representatives, report generation and more. Our team of Event
